
The supreme leader, of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has taken yet another step to prove his innocence following lingering insinuation he squandered group’s fund.
Kanu had in a series of recent broadcast refuted allegations of embezzlement of funds realised from IPOB members mapped out for regional defence.
He said most expenses made under his watch is judiciously spent and majority was taken from his personal account.
He alleged that during his stay in the DSS custody the sum of twenty million (N20,000,000) was approved to Alhaji Asari Dokubo for logistics in bringing Southerners together.
Asari. in a separate video clarified receiving money from Nnamdi KANU, noting that no money was released to him, swore with ‘Holy Quran.”
KANU has further provided a statement covering all Defense funds collected from IPOB member units across 50 countries including Belgium, Ireland, Germany, Norway, Netherland, Pakistan, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States.
Other countries are Italy, Israel, Hong Kong, Spain, Indonesia, Sweden, Trinidad and Tobago, Thailand, Nagoya Japan, UAE, Hungary, Czech Republic, Russia, India, Gabon, Senegal, Malaysia, France, Mali and France.
The list comprises of both pledges and paid debts.
The leadership realised total of €2.052.00 and €143.729.09 not remitted.
However, can has assured that Biafra will be restored very soon.
