The Federal Executive Council Chambers, consecrated for articulation and formulation of government policies, a sacred temple for business of governance is where APC led Federal govt of Buhari, has turned, a party meeting hall, where unpopular, illegal political party onslaught is been carried out.

What happened to many event centres of the likes of International Conference Center, etc, hotels or even APC Party Secretariat?

Does it mean that APC does not have a Directorate of Legals, whose staff could perform the swearing ceremony of the illegal Caretaker Committee other than Attorney General of the federation and not of APC, who should not be a member of their NEC?

Has APC now have, even total disregard of their own party constitutional provision, by appointing the Chief Executive of Yobe State as the Caretaker Chairman?, which is in total violation of their constitution, as encapsulated in Article 18(iv), wherein it was stated that no officer of their party will hold any executive office in govt concurrently, and vice versa.

Does the NEC have outright powers without citing reasons of dissolving an elected and tenured officers of the party? At what conditions can NEC, invoke its powers to dissolve her NWC? and the term ‘Dissolution’ is it recognized by APC constitution?

Attorney General of the federation who performed the swearing-in of the APC caretaker committee, that supposed to be the Chief Law officer of the nation. Can we continue to trust that his opinion will not be tailored by partisan considerations?

Therefore, a critical analysis of the out plays by the government of APC in the recent, portends that, they even have utter disregard for themselves and their constitution, and unwilling to retract from their continuous anti-democratic tendencies.
Nigerians should hold Malami, Buhari and APC responsible for the continuous battered image and integrity, of Nigerian nation.
